Sprayed Concrete

Boom Features
3 sections with Z closing, telescopic element and sliding turret.
Turret longitudinal stroke: 12.5 ft. (3.8m)
Horizontal rotation: +/-180°
Vertical rotation : +/- 180°
Total boom length: 43 ft. (13m)
Tele section stroke: 6 ft. (1.8m)
Minimum unfolding height: 10.5 ft. (3.2m)
Minimum tunnel height: 10.5 ft. (3.2m)
Max tunnel height: 52.5 ft. (16m)

Nozzle Brush Movement
The optional feature of the brush nozzle makes an automatic circular movement to grant an optimal concrete distribution. The speed of this movement is easy adjustable to fine trim the spraying area.

The Truck
The base truck of the spritz designed by CIFA is heavy duty perfect for the uneven floors found in the most common spraying application. With an AWD hydrostatic drive, hydraulic/mechanic gears and continuous speed setting it can reach a top speed of 17 mph (27 kmh).

The Engine
The forced air cooled 72 kW DEUTZ tier3/Stage IIIA engine eliminates the dust collection problems of the standard water cooler. The engine is perfectly tuned to work in its optimal RPM range to cut fuel consumption and noise emissions.
A heavy duty 55kW electric motor is also installed on the machine to perfectly match the work site requirements. Using a specific integral coupler the CSS3 can switch easily from diesel to electric power.

The Pumping Unit
Installed along the longitudinal axle of the truck, the pumping unit was specifically designed for sprayed concrete applications. It delivers 39 cubic yards (30 cubic meters) per hour of concrete to reach the highest productivity available on the market keeping at the same time the wears at a minimum.
